Information we collect
We collect the information you provide to create and use an Alumaderm account, such as your name and email address. When you use the service, we also collect the routine details, check-in responses, notes, reminder preferences, and feedback you choose to submit.
Photos are optional. We request your consent before saving a photo with a check-in. On non-sensitive pages, we may collect basic website usage, device, and interaction information through cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies to understand site performance and improve the experience. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, provide routine tracking and reminders, respond to requests, maintain account security, and improve the beta. We do not use your check-in information to provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
When information is shared
We share information with service providers that help us operate Alumaderm, including secure account, hosting, analytics, and checkout services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or security of Alumaderm and its users. We do not sell your check-in information or photos.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional photos, update certain account and reminder settings, and request help with your account through the support channel provided with the service. Please do not submit urgent or emergency health information through Alumaderm; contact a qualified clinician instead.
You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting them may affect sign-in or how the site remembers analytics preferences and session information.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the beta changes. When we do, we will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
