Terms of Use

Educational skincare coaching

Alumaderm provides educational skincare coaching, routine tracking, and reminder tools. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it does not replace a clinician's professional judgment, medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

Do not use Alumaderm for urgent, emergency, or severe symptoms. If you have an urgent symptom or health concern, seek care from a qualified clinician or local emergency services. Do not start, stop, or change prescription treatment based only on information from Alumaderm; follow your prescriber's instructions.

Results and examples

Any skincare progress, before-and-after imagery, testimonials, and routine examples shown by Alumaderm are individual experiences or examples. They are not typical or guaranteed results, and they do not promise that you will have the same outcome.

Outcomes vary with factors including skin type, medical history, products, adherence, environment, and other individual factors. Use examples as general education, not as medical guidance or a prediction of results.

Beta service and your account

Alumaderm is a beta service. Features, availability, and guidance may change as we learn from the beta. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account credentials secure, and using the service only for lawful, personal purposes.

Check-ins and photos

You may choose to submit routine details, notes, and photos for a check-in. Share only information you are comfortable providing. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and allow Alumaderm to use it to provide and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Membership and changes

Paid membership terms, including price and renewal details, are presented before you complete secure checkout. The only refund guarantee offered is a 30-day refund guarantee for the initial Founding Membership payment, subject to these Terms and the Refund Policy; renewal payments are excluded. We may update these Terms as the beta evolves; the updated date on this page identifies the current version.
